How?
We use Royal Mail delivery for smaller orders and couriers for all multiple orders. Parcels may require signature on delivery. Whilst we appreciate that this could be more difficult for some people, we do this to protect your interests as well as ours. If goods go missing in transit, it increases expenses for us and will eventually have a knock-on effect on our prices. If this is likely to be a problem, you can specify an alternative delivery address at the purchase stage, e.g. delivery to a work address.
We use good quality packaging to ensure that your products will arrive in perfect condition. We try to re-use any packaging and boxes that our suppliers send us.

Where?
Our delivery costs are for all UK mainland addresses. A supplement may apply for deliveries within the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Silly & Channel Islands. This does not normally apply, but if it does we will contact you before shipping. Delivery will be quoted separately at the best possible rates for all Overseas orders.

When?
Most orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days. We will notify you by e-mail or phone if any item is out of stock or of any problems, but if this only affects a minority of goods, we will usually dispatch the rest of the order immediately. If you need your order by a specific date notify us when ordering.

What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 10 days and we have not notified you of any delays, contact us and we will trace the parcel.
